Generated briefs and the conversation are emailed to our sales team for internal review. Email copies remain in our business email systems after you clear or leave this page.

OpenAI responses are requested without application storage; provider security and abuse-monitoring retention may still apply. Remove personal data, credentials and confidential details before sending. Screenshot redactions are applied in your browser before upload.

Dictation uses your browser’s speech provider. Review the transcript before submitting. “Email me this assessment” sends only the brief to the address you provide. Engineer review shares the brief and your email with ITG, then opens Zoho Bookings. Files are not attached to these emails.
