When you submit to the modernization advisor, your conversation and selected screenshots or documents are processed through our server by OpenAI to generate a preliminary assessment. Please remove personal information, credentials, and confidential material before submitting. Screenshot redaction runs locally in your browser before upload.

The advisor does not save uploaded files or conversations to a database. The page keeps them in memory until you clear or leave it. We request OpenAI responses with application storage disabled; provider security and abuse-monitoring retention may still apply. Removing an attachment prevents future submissions of that file but does not undo earlier processing.

If abuse is detected, the advisor is disabled and direct contact remains available. A block flag is saved in this browser’s local storage so the restriction persists on return. The flag contains no conversation, document, or contact information.

Optional dictation uses your browser’s speech-recognition provider. You can review and edit the transcript before submitting it to the advisor.

If you request an emailed assessment, we send the brief to the email address you provide. If you request an engineer review, we share your brief and email address with the ITG team and open our Zoho Bookings scheduler. We may also save your email address in Mailchimp as an assessment contact; this does not subscribe you to marketing emails or change an existing subscription preference. We do not send your assessment, conversation, or uploads to the Mailchimp audience. Attachments are not included in assessment emails. Email and meeting records follow our ordinary business retention practices.

Anonymous advisor analytics record actions and broad time-to-first-finding ranges, never conversation text, filenames, uploaded content, email addresses, or assessment identifiers.

We use anonymous, cookie-free analytics to understand general website usage. These analytics do not identify individual visitors, set cookies, or create marketing profiles.

We do not use advertising pixels, fingerprinting, session replay, profiling, or tracking cookies.

If you contact us through a form or by email, we process the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, company, and message.
